This notice explains how LARP uses information when you browse the store, calculate shipping, check out, or contact customer support. Contact us at oliverdworkspace@gmail.com.
Information involved
- Contact and delivery details you submit: name, email, postal address, and optional phone number.
- Your selected products, sizes, quantities, shipping method, totals, payment status, and order references.
- Messages and photos you choose to send to customer support.
- Technical information that our hosting and payment providers may process, such as IP address, browser information, and security logs.
Payment card entry takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout. Our storefront and order backend do not collect or store your full card number or security code.
How we use information
We use these details to calculate delivery costs, process payments, create and manage orders, arrange production and delivery, answer questions, resolve refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on fulfilling your order or request, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store, or consent where required.
Delivery details are sent to Printful when calculating order-specific costs, even before payment. Starting checkout creates an order record and a Stripe customer record even if you do not complete payment. Test checkout submissions can also create records and Printful drafts, so do not enter someone else's details without permission.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and payment-security information. Printful processes delivery and product details for shipping estimates, production, and fulfillment. Our hosting and order services use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Email sent to our Gmail support address is handled through Google's email services. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and privacy safeguards.

We may also disclose relevant information when legally required or to address fraud, disputes, or security incidents. We do not sell your order information or use storefront advertising pixels. Clicking the TikTok link takes you to a separate service governed by its own policies.
Your private order-updates link grants access to order items, payment amounts, and available shipment tracking. It does not display your delivery address or email. Keep that link private.
Your bag and browser storage
The storefront saves product IDs and sizes in your browser's local storage so your bag can persist between visits. It does not save your delivery address or card details in that bag storage. You can remove items or clear the site's browser storage. Hosting and checkout providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies for their services and security.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and support information as needed for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Provider records may have separate retention periods.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or restriction of or objection to certain processing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons. Where applicable, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
We do not enroll you in marketing emails simply because you place an order. If our data practices change, we will update this notice and provide additional notice where required.
